1、 Three elements to be checked before pipe bender starts and runs
1. Comprehensively check whether the mechanical seal, accessory device and pipeline installation are complete and meet the technical requirements;
2. Before starting the mechanical seal, static pressure test shall be conducted to check whether the mechanical seal has leakage. If there is more leakage, find out the cause and try to eliminate it. If it is still invalid, it should be disassembled, inspected and re installed. In general, the hydrostatic test pressure is 2-3kg / cm2;
3. Turn the gear according to the pump rotation direction to check whether it is light and uniform. If the turning gear is hard or does not move, check whether the assembly size is wrong and whether the installation is reasonable.

2. The bed structure is stable and not easy to deform;
3. Each file can set 16 elbow angles, and memory can store 16 groups of files;
