So what is the standard for the bend radius of the bend?

First of all, one tube and one mold, for a tube, no matter how many bends, regardless of the bending angle (not greater than 180 ° C), the bending radius is preferably uniform. Since one tube is a mold, what is the appropriate bending radius for pipes of different diameters? In general, the minimum bend radius should not be less than 2 to 2.5 times the outer diameter of the tube. If the bending radius is 2D (where D is the outer diameter of the tube), then 2D, 2.5D, 3D, 4D can be used. Of course, this ratio is not fixed bending radius, the actual situation of the aircraft or engine should be selected, but should not be selected too large radius. The specification of the bending radius should not be too much, otherwise the benefits of multi-tube and one-mode will be lost.
