In the process of bending, the mold not only exerts pressure on the pipe fittings, but also helps push forward to form a lateral thrust for bending.
When the motor of the CNC pipe bender is started, it will generate a certain starting current, which will often have a negative impact on the power grid. Therefore, the motor with large capacity is generally not allowed to start with load, and the soft start is not allowed for the pipe bender, while the soft start is not allowed for the pipe bender, the motor with large capacity is generally not allowed to start with load. In order to avoid the impact of excessive starting current on the power grid on the CNC pipe bender, corresponding current limiting measures have been taken on the pipe bender, and the effective way is to use the soft start system.
