The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump is sent into the working oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe. The high-pressure oil pushes the plunger in the working oil cylinder to generate thrust, and the pipe is bent through the pipe bending part.

advantage:

1. The tube bending machine adopts touch screen plus CNC module, dialogue operation, program setting is simple and easy;

2. The bed structure is stable and not easy to deform;

3. Each file can be set with 16 bend angles, and the memory can store 16 sets of files;

4. With slow positioning function, the angle of the bent pipe is stable, and the repeat accuracy is ±0.1°;

5. The error message is displayed on the screen to help the operator to eliminate it immediately;

6. Provide self-developed coordinate conversion elbow processing value, the software can be optionally installed on a desktop computer for editing and calculation.

Disadvantages:

1. Large-diameter pipes cannot be formed at one time, and the speed is slow;

2. Tubes of different diameters require different sized molds.
